Can't see my text

When I dimension an object, I am unable to see the dimension text until I pick a point to place the dimension line. It's not a dragmode setting, so what is it? Thanks

Hi

Does this behaviour only occur within certain drawing files?

If yes, is Layer 0 (Zero) Frozen within these drawing files?

    If yes, un-Freeze (turn ON) Layer 0 (Zero), drawing file should then be good to go.

    If no, can you please post an example drawing file so we can take a look.[/list:u]
    If no, and DragMode is correctly set, I'm currently stumped :(

As Mike said , Turn on Layer 0.
