OffsetInXref plug-in not working in 2014

Does anyone know what happened to the offset in xref plug-in?  It works in 2012, but not in 2014 (at least on my machine).

It's just been updated...
I've been using it for over a week and it's brilliant as it always was...

Thanks RGUS, the one I was referring to is was originally written by Kean Walmsley and was a free plug-in on the Autodesk Labs site.  For some reason it's doesn't seem to be available anymore.
