LWPOLYLINE how z = 0

How to make a LWPLOLYLINE all Z = 0

See the attached DWG file and the list of the following object:

LWPOLYLINE  Layer: "0"
Space: Model space
Color: 1 (red)    Linetype: "BYLAYER"
Handle = 7e
Closed
Constant width    0.0000
Extrusion direction relative to UCS:
X=   0.0042  Y=   0.0177  Z=   0.9998
area   166.9314
perimeter   52.2853
at point  X=    6.5050  Y=   8.9791  Z=  -0.1863  <<<<<<=====
