Labeling 2d Sections MEP
« on: March 17, 2014, 04:22:59 PM »
I'm looking for a tool or a lisp to get the object layer of a line out of a 2d section without exploding it
when creating the section I keep the object layers so I can label now by exploding

I'm not looking for it to auto update or anything just go get the layer and put it into text or an mleader
but would like to keep them as a AEC_2D_SECTION so they can be refreshed easily when I update my model

using vertical and horizontal sections MEP14  objects are AEC_2D_SECTION

Thanks for any help

I Think it would be the same in Vanilla
the Section Tools Horiz. and Vertical? 2d from 3d?
Maybe Not but seems to be deep in the code of AutoCAD someplace
