David, I had one mistake in my equation for calculating b=2a angle... See my post, I've updated my code...
Although you probably don't need it now as you finished your work, maybe it'll be useful for some future assignments...

BTW... Your middle bar below perforated arc is hitting empty hole and not material part of arc... Consider removing that middle hole at the top of arc...
