OCE 9400/Windows 7

Google searching I ran across this tread.

Is there anyone that can help me with a plot driver for windows 7?
I use to run the 3.2 driver in windows xp.
The only driver I can get to work (in W7) is the OCE WPD driver.
My issues are a 2 pop ups when trying to print from cad (that can be ignored) and it does not seem to print "smooth" grey scale. More like just a bunch of dots.

I would appreciate any advice, I don't see my company buying a new printer anytime soon. They are going to ride this machine till it dies.

Thanks
Riche

Do you have Repro Desk on the 9400 server side, or do you just have to plot straight to the 9400?

We have used the Oce 9400/TDS800/TDS860 for 14 years now and *still* use an old HPGL/2 driver (specifically one for the DesignJet 750C). It works just fine.
Lately we have started to plot to PDF as a default. Repro Desk will handle the HPGL/2 files and the PDF files for us.
If you don't have Repro Desk, then I don't guess you could send PDF's to the 9400 (at least from AutoCAD).
