Upgrading project from ACAD 2010 to 2013... missing CommandMethod

I'll get straight to the point... My application doesn't recognize the 'CommandMethod' portion.

<Autodesk.AutoCAD.Runtime.CommandMethod("RenumberSSM")>

I have the same references loaded as before (but I'm using the 2013 ones instead of 2010).  What gives??  What can I change and where??  I'm admittedly not the most well-versed in .NET.
