I have some experience in VBA but new to VBscript.

I want to convert an existing VBA program to VBScript. The VBA contains a form.

I have searched but could not find info about how to use forms with VBScript (except in HTML).

So, is it not possible to use UserForms with VBScropt?

You could venture into the world of .NET and still keep a form for your program.
