LTSCALE IN PAPERSPACE

Hey all,
I've got a map in model space where the LTSCALE is at 200. Any linetypes (ie dashes) are all plotting a straight, continuous line. When I play with the LTSCALE I can change it to look correct, but I don't want to do that cause it affects some of the tabs that are in the drawing.

Sorry guys, but my pc is "acting up". The psltscale magically came on after a reboot.
