Dynamic Block Copy & Paste Problem

Hi,
I make some dynamic blocks with rotate action, and i place them in drawing so many places with different angle now my problem is when those blocks i m trying to copy to other drawing, first thing they not coming as a dynamic blocks and those all blocks angles are disturbed.

please if any one knows how to copy paste properly waiting for your helpful comments

did you use a completely new name for your new Dblock or did you upgrade an existing one that is already existing in the destination file?

i upgrade my existing block to dynamic block and copy to other drawing.

That might be the issue.  Does everything work as desired if you paste the blocks into a fresh new drawing?

I have seen the same thing happen and I think workaround and emphasis on around
-WBLOCK the selected BlockReferences
-XATTACH the drawing
-Set BINDTYPE = 1
-Bind with insert option

- Be sure that X,Y & Z scale factor are the same -by retyping- means retype 1 for X, Y & Z
