s the Autodesk Exchange already not support the VBA plugins?

I don't see the "VBA" variant for AppType on this page. Is the Autodesk Exchange already not support the VBA plugins, or is it misprint in documentation?

My next question about the same link.

For "AppType", we can assign values "Bundle" and "Dependency". I don't understand, why this variants is necessary (except ARX/DBX/.NET/LISP/MNU/CUI(X))...

But what I must set to "ModuleName" in this (both) cases?

P.S. It is a horrible, PackageContents.xml has not a XSD scheme. It is as run in a dark. And good examples is absent.
