Construction Notes within Civil 3d Pipe Label Style

Is it possible to have a construction note (square, circle, hex, block with number or letter)  with pipe label data and leader (all in one civil 3d style?)  Will anyone share if they have one?

Yes, it is possible

No, I don't have one to share right now

Hint Make a block for your geometric shape first.
Or create it with line segments within the lable style (not easy for circles)

Noticed you do this crap (customization, tutorials, etc) for a living (or at least have a website for it).  If you're willing to create the attached for me I'd pay your for your time (not to exceed a ridiculous sum of course).
