Randall's Batch Processing
« on: January 25, 2012, 09:42:14 AM »
Has anyone written a batch processing program similar to the one that Randall Rath had?
Or would consider writing one? Please send me a PM for more details.

I have a really old one, written in VBA.  Might that do, or do you need something a little more modern?

Hi Kerry,
Good to hear from you! I just downloaded it and I will be checking it out shortly. Thanks for your guidance! I know as I continue down this path I will need more help in the future. Initially I was going to have some time to attempt to develop this on my own. But now our IT dept. is pushing to have something to test for Windows 7 by next week. Since I am still new to this language this type of batch process is as far above my head as the stars in the sky :) So if this does not work for them, they are threatening to write themselves as soon as I show them how to communicate with Autocad.

Thank You, Thank you, Thank you!!!! It is exactly what I needed!!!

Thanks Chuck! That is the same one that I had. I hope you are doing well!
If our merger with Duke goes through I may be spending more time up in the Charlotte area.

Just need to brush up on scripts and Lispy stuff .. though you can feed .net dll's to it if you feel the need.

Glad to be able to help,
Stay well
