DXF code 12 and viewports
« on: February 16, 2005, 01:14:15 PM »
I'm trying to use entmod on the dxf code 12 (View center point (in DCS)) of a viewport but i'm having no luck what so ever. Is there some trick to this? Can it even be done?

thanks

No can use entmod on viewports. You could call the ZoomCenter method of the Application object after making the Viewport active (using a new point and the existing zoom magnification). </sorry>

Also, you can use (setview data [id]) to establish a new view. Supported by both vanilla and activex.
