block creation
« on: August 04, 2011, 03:23:21 AM »
Hi all

Consider the attached image of a Polyline. I want to convert it into a Dynamic Bock by adding move/stretch ?? actions such that the vertical segment (shown as a) moves horizontally and the aligned segment (shown as b) stertches to adjust as shown in the figure. I have tried a number of combinations but could not get the required result. Please Guide.

Thanks.

I + XI = X is true ...  ... if you change your perspective.

I no longer CAD or Model, I just hang out here picking up the empties beer cans

I would do it the same way as Dave R. That's the easy way of doing that, if you want that.

Parameter at the bottom
Stretch action at that Parameter attached en than just select half of the line of B en the whole line of A

Good luck
