Wanted, a way to switch Tool Palettes

What I need to figure out is a way to switch Tool Palettes by using button in the ribbon.  Is there a command that does this?

Opps, I mean switch with a button on the Ribbon, one button for each group.  Programatically

one could probably write a macro that would load different profiles...
