This is not a very different question then your question about 'Metric tread hole'

There and in http://www.cadsite.be/smf/index.php?topic=4647.0 you could
find a solution for Metric Screw Thread holes with Tap.lsp and TapE.lsp.
You would like also to draw the screw and the bolt in it.
You didn’t see the message there from Andrew_nao with Fast.zip?

Odd, I can't open the BOLTS.zip file in the last link.
Says invalid file format, using Jzip to open it.

I did try it again and I found no problem.
Dowload the BOLTS.zip
Save
Open with jZip.exe
