Upload problem

I am trying to upload a project and will not let me.

Is there max you can reach to where you can not upload anymore?

Max attachment size per post 10240 kb
Max number of attachments per post 4 kb

Error: Your attachment couldn't be saved. This might happen because it took too long to upload or the file is bigger than the server will allow
