Custom grips do not show when not in block editor but appear in editor

Hey guys,

I am seeing some dynamic blocks I created and distributed now behaving strangely.
The blocks do not appear to be dynamic until you go into the block editor.
Once in the editor you can see the grips but why do they not display once you leave the editor?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Verify that your block definition in not NESTED within itself?

Inside of the block there is only linework. Did you look at the drawing I uploaded? Thanks

I think it may be because they scaled the blocks but haven't solved it definitively
