Hello!

Does anybody know how is posible to get terrain from google earth
and convert it to mesh into AutoCAD  (in .net)

Well, you can get the terrain information. See here

However, as I have developed other Google maps applications, you should be aware that there are a licensing concerns to take into consideration.

1) Using Google Maps in a desktop application requires an enterprise license - $20,000 per year
2) Storing Google Maps data, even without a desktop application (i.e. through a web application) requires a license

I'd read through the Google Maps API agreement and see if you can comply in your request or be prepared to dig really deep into your pockets.
