Topic: Copy Multiple

To Whom it may concern,

Once in a while i need to jump into ADT2004 to do some work so, i forgot how to use the command copy Multiple
in one button pick the following is taken from acad2009 $M=$(if,$(eq,$(substr,$(getvar,cmdnames),1,4),GRIP),_M,^C^C_copy)
which does copy multiple in one pick but it does not work in adt2004. am i close?  Any help is appreciated.

why not simply hilight the object...
Grab a Grip..
toggle the space bar to switch from stretch to Move
enter C for Copy, define a base point of that is needed for placement,
then copy as many as you want, where ever you want...?

Older but wonder.. Haven't looked yet but A2K allows me to copy multiple easily with grips in Move by holding the shift key upon the first new point to move to. Has anyone used this?? Also works for all others Stretch/Mirror/Scale/Rotate..

I haven't tried this in years, but there was this command MULTIPLE.
After that every command repeats itself (until the next command).
