Attribute rename
« on: April 07, 2011, 03:18:23 PM »

I have a problem and I would like a lil help. I have a block with some attributes. This block is inserted over a thousand times in the CAD drawing and data filled in the attributes. I have since renamed some of the attributes and I want to re-define all blocks in the drawing but keep the existing data for each block. How can I accomplish this globally?

Block Name = Space

Old Block   Attributes   New Block Attributes
BLDGID         BLDG#
FLRID         FLR#
CUSTOM         SPACENAME

Any help is appreciated.

I tell users to send up the Bat-signal, just to see the look on their faces.   :-D

There was one before Adam West?
Probably had to do with Autodesk using his character name as a command.

What?!? before Adam West (which is still very much alive) there was  Lewis Wilson and Robert Lowrey, where does Christopher reeve fit in on all this  :-)
maybe they meant George Reeves (which incidentally is indeeed Superman)
