Ok... lets see if there is something that I am missing that causes this ....
Whenever you select a flyout, the flyouts stay out and don't hide...If I move the toolbar, the flyout will hide only temporarily and then show back up.

reboot ?
I can't think of any switch or variable which would control that action or would even interfere with it

uh dunno... reboot every (limited time - 1 minute) ?
the only thing I can think of is to check the flyout definitions in the mns file, other than that I'm stumped

Maybe your flyout needs some grease!

Flyouts "
shouldn't
" stay open at all...although I have seen it done with a push pin button at the end with some code. But by default, I'm almost positive that there is no variable to do this. But I have been wrong before...once...
EDIT: Make that twice...the push-pin just floats that flyout toolbar. The toolbar is from
ArchiDigm's PowerStrip menu
