Topic: What is .cpc extention?

I have a site plan that I need to import into AutoCad. It has the file extention of .cpc

Our egineer can plot it to our plotter directly from the web, but cannot save it as a .dwg file for me to use.

Do any of you know what uses this file &/or how I can get it into a .dwg?
