External references palette acad 2011
« on: September 24, 2010, 07:05:38 PM »
It comes up everytime I open a new drawing, how do I stop it.
Closing it doesn;t help as the next drawing I open it pops up again.
I like the Properties palette coming up and w/ ctrl 1 toggel available, it's easy to get rid of when it's not wanted.

actually...set your workspace to "Automatically SAVE CHANGES to workspace" close the XREF palette
close autocad....
then reset the workspace to NOT SAVE changes
it will stay gone...

it also sounds as if this is being set in your acadlsp.doc, which is being reloaded each time you open a new drawing
verify the sytem variable is NOT being reset on you

Perfect, I didn't know about that sneaky little option, Just checking save changes did it for me, thanks mate.
