I want to use the DWGdirect library(Open Design Alliance) to do something about Boundary Representation,but I can't find any information in it,
who can tell me how to use the DWGdirect library for Boundary Representation. thanks.

I don't know, I have the DD_Mgd_3.02 library and I haven't seen any Brep stuff inside. However I know  the native version does.. You can ask them  :-)

Yeah, you can build your own clone if you want : )
