sldmgr.exe
« on: September 02, 2010, 04:54:18 PM »
I have been using sldmgr.exe to manage slide libraries since R12. In my latest computer upgrade I lost it. Can anyone provide this to me (or direct me to a source)?

there are a few slide managers available here, you just have to find the one you want to use. A quick search will turn up an Autodesk executable variety, a lisp, vba and C# as well.

? I have searched for sldmgr and for slide manager here and found only this topic. Anything more specific?

Thanks, but it doesn't work for me. Trying to run on Win7(64-bit), with 32-bit XP virtual machine set up, but no go. Anyone know anything better?

Like I said, there are several available here ... the search mechanism isn't the best .. if you are in a particular form and use the search function, it only returns from that forum. Go to the main page of theswamp and do the search from there.

Thanks Matt! That's not the same old sldmgr that I lost - it's way better!

I also got another at http://www.dailyautocad.com/2009/09/free-software-autocad-slide-library.html, which is also very nice. But the one you posted is more robust. And it runs in Win7(64-bit), while I had to use the other in my virtual machine. So this one wins. Thanks again.
