I reassigned my "F1" to execute "M2P" (midpoint between 2 points)

I took a small screwdriver and completely removed the F1 Key.  I don't often us AutoCAD help because they always give replies to questions I didn't ask.

I used to remap the Fn keys to actually do stuff ... before AutoCAD actually allowed that .. there are always options

I use a Logitech MX518 Gaming mouse for cad.  I have mapped 1 of the 2 thumb button as esc.

I never have to reach for the esc key...... ;-)

I might have to do that.  The F1 part doesn't bother me.  When it happens, I just leave the help window open so it doesn't take as long to open the next time.  The one that really gets me is that I have a row of buttons at the top of my keyboard that do windowsy things.  The top left opens email so I often end up with 10 or so instances of outlook.
