Increase Export to .wmf resolution?
« on: June 30, 2010, 08:41:11 AM »
I need to increase the quality of my exports to .wmf

I swear that at one time, I saw this either in the properties box or in the options.

But I can't find it in either one this morning.

Am I just remembering wrong?

What I ended up doing was to save it as a .dxf file, then open it in Corel Draw and save it to a .bmp file.

During this conversion, Corel allows me to set my dimensions BEFORE it saves it to a .bmp file.

This makes my final Graphic WONDERFUL in appearance.

If you need a perfect solution: use BetterWMF
http://www.furix.com/products/betterwmf

Really perfect WMFs from AutoCAD without export / convert / other software ...

For that kind of Money, I will just take the extra steps with the Corel Draw that I already have to get a very good result.

Thanks anyway,

For that kind of Money, ....
Yes, 100 EUR is "A little bit", but if you have to calculate your time on a commercial base it will be a good investment.

True, but I only need to do it once a month or so. So, it wouldn't really be an issue for me.

When I DO need to export to a .wmf, it needs to be 'production quality'.

Thanks to all for the responses,
