I haven't seen the videos but they seem to be presented by Bob Tabor who's work I am familiar with at www.LearnVisualStudio.net  .

Should be great for a refresher course as well as for Beginners.

Select either
High Quality WMV (PC, Xbox, MCE)
or
High Quality MP4

or better yet, download  the WMV
