Topic: error message??

Ok,

Here is an error message that I have not seen.  I'm hoping that some one on this forum has and can give me some advice about a fix.

Command:
Copy with base point, completes successfully, then comes the error message.

Error message:

C:\EGPT\PROGRAM\epcmob15.arx cannot find a dll or other file that it needs.
C:\EGPT\PROGRAM\epcmob15.arx cannot find a dll or other file that it needs.
C:\EGPT\PROGRAM\epcmob15.arx cannot find a dll or other file that it needs.

After getting this error message I go to paste the desired object into another drawing and it will not paste.

I should mention that I am using Eagle Point 99 software with Acad 2000.  They are compatible, so I know that it isn't an incompatibility issue.  What I don't know is why I get that error message.  Only sometimes.

Not sure, but the error is being generated by Eagle Point, not AutoCAD...might see if there are some EP gurus out there who might be able to offer assistance
