New layout

In an effort to make browsing more efficient I decided to try out the "child" forums here. Any input is appreciated.

I like but I think some folks will visually drive right by those forums as the child links are not very dominant. Nonethless it does save some scrolling, that's a good thing.

Once we've established a "Swamp" theme I can make the child boards stand out a bit more using color and size of the text. That should help draw attention to them.

I like the child forum idea OK . . . certainly a better option than combining them.
