How to set Textstyle width factor
« on: September 17, 2009, 02:03:26 PM »
Hello, its been a while since I've posted here, but I'm still having tough luck logging into autodesk discussion forum without violating company policy.

I have looked everywhere but found no answer to this. In the text styles dialog box, you are able to set "effects" like upsidedown, backwards, widthfactor & olique angle. Where are these properties stored in the document database? They are not in the textstyletablerecord (at least not evident) and not in the fontdescriptor. I know I can get the widthfactor from individual text entities, but isn't there supposed to be a property in the textstyle?

Thanks,
Viktor.

Look at the ' XScale ' property.

Look at the ' XScale ' property.

Thanks, I'll give it a shot.
