It would be a very seamless transition really.....a small amount of setup, and then show the users how it works...they will be delighted to let the software do all that dirty work.   For grins some time send me a couple of your files, I would modify them as described and send them back for you to examine.

Yeah I was wondering why people were putting sheet sets in the manger, too.

Just had a doozy.

One of a coworker's C3D drawings was crashing every time we tried to plot it.  (These things always happen when we're in a hurry...)

I eventually tracked it down to the fact that one layout in the DWG was in one sheet set, while another layout in the DWG was in another sheet set.  It appeared to be crashing while trying to update the fields before plotting.  We went in to OPTIONS and unchecked the option to refresh fields before plotting, and it then plotted just fine.

It's only that option to refresh the fields before plotting that seems to crash C3D.  I can change properties in the SSM and regen the drawing, and the fields update just fine.  But that option for regenerating the fields before plot is causing a crash.

I also notice that when I open the drawing, one of the sheet sets opens automatically in the SSM.  I can then manually open the other SSM, make changes, regen, and print the second sheet set, and everything works as expected.  But once I open the second sheet set, if I try to switch back to the first sheet set, I crash C3D.
