This is pretty cool.
... especially for a free product !
The helpFile integrated into VisualStudio and has animated samples for both VB and C# for most of the topics .... sure takes the guess work out of interpretation of instructions.

... almost makes me want to buy the full product ...

cool stuff, I think Visual studio 2010 will have some of these features built-in
