Have you tried Visual Assist from Whole Tomato?  It's my favorite

Guess more interrogation, do you use visual studio code? I try but it feels "off" to me for whatever reason

Yes, I have and do regularly. I prefer Visual Studio for C# ( not wholly because of the debugging capability in AutoCAD )
vs Code 'feels' fine to me.
I'm expecting big growth in vs Code and Rider(by JetBrains) because of their cross-platform capabilities.

added:
But they are just tools, and your results will depend on how you use them ( and how sharp and well oiled you keep them )

I find your lack of faith disturbing.

I wondered if anyone noticed :)

Sitting here testing a life management system. This is a pretty depressing message to get as the sun goes down outside, and the clouds are flecked with a lovely pink color.
