I created the same items on the tool bars, in the ribbon, and in the menu's.
It gave users every possible option to trim down to in their individual workspaces.
All details and cover sheets I used Design Center to create palettes from each folder for each discipline specific area.
Then I created the palette groups.
Then exported that profile to a central network location to boot everyone from that same profile.
I have each user save their workspace locally to their workstation.
I use the default cuix file as the main cuix.
Then add all of my own customizations as a single enterprice cuix file.
All of my default Workspaces are contained in the Enterprise.cuix file
