Topic: Civil 3D Pipe Network - my network is gone!!??!?!!

I recently created a pipe network in civil 3d 09, set all my tops, inverts and labeled everything. i open the drawing today and noticed that my pipes were only labeled with top elevation. i quickly checked my prospector to see that i have NO pipe networks, but all my pipes and structures still exist.
I guess my question is, is it possible to add these existing pipes, structures to an newly created network, or better yet, create a network from existing pipes & structures?

Well, in case anyone hasn't told you yet, all problems with Civil 3D are due to incompetent users.  At least, that's what they say on Autodesk's DGs.
