How the Explode non-scale of block objects ?

block is not Explode,

If I understand correctly, you are asking if it's possible to explode a block that is not scaled uniformly.  That depends on what version you are running.  You didn't used to be able to explode a non-uniform block, but have been able to since 2007.  If that's your problem, attach your drawing and tell me which block and I can explode it for you.

OK, that's what I thought.  Are you just wanting them exploded, or are you looking for a lisp solution that will explode all non-uniform blocks?
