since OpenDCL.org seems to be blocked by the great firewall of China, I thought I would report it here

Unfortunately the stack trace isn't very helpful. Can you reproduce the problem?  Can you describe what you were doing when it occurred?

Does it say what or why it's blocked?
Sounds strange, since both The Swamp & OpenDCL are using the same forum system SMF.

I don’t know why it’s blocked, maybe your IP was previously used by an activist.     Tony T’s site is blocked too.
