How can i get the String Code From GPS reciever....

I want to get the code(coords) From GPS reciever(USB Type and using Com4)

If i can using Windows Scriting(WMI), i can make the prog ...
maybe it will use the code (vlax-create-object "WbemScripting.SWbemLocator") bla bla bla...

please help me
