2005/ how to find missing toolbar

UGGGGGG can't remember how to find a tool bar that someone accidentally pushed offscreen?  HELP....... :-(

change the screen resolution...

or edit in the registry

trying to remember, isnt the toolbar location in the mnu/mns file?
Just set back to 20,20 or something like that?

I've been using cui for so long it is fuzzy
