XREF Path - New server

We are installing a new file server next week. Can anyone tell me if the underlying drive spec in the UNC is used by AutoCad, or does it just see the drive letter and directory structure and search that?

IIRC, it's just the drive letter. I dealt with a server migration a few years ago and don't remember having to do anything with the UNC. Somebody with more network experience may come along and correct me though.

Drive letter. This is a case where using a drive letter pays off.... Good luck.
