Maybe something like this? You would have to do a Regen after changing the height of the block to see the update to the text, but it may get close to what you're looking for.
That is what I am looking for.  I don't know anything about lookups and will have to dig into those.

This is pretty sweet. I was wondering if this was possible as well. I'm not sure if I would implement it for users as I suspect we will have our blocks preset but it's nice to know that there is a way.

Reminds me that get around to up loading the blocks to here.  Haven't been doing much casework lately.
