I don't know about anyone else out there; buy for me this sets the tone for the entire day!
This AM, I awoke a little early, and proceeded to enter the final grades for a site grading plan.
http://www.theswamp.org/index.php?topic=24465.0The site is about 3.5 acres in size. So I proceed to use the method I typically use as outlined
in a post a few days ago and when I had the flow arrows and sidewalk slopes to my liking
I ran the Earthwork volumes (raw and unadjusted) Peek at the numbers and tell that coming in
at under 10 C.Y. on the first try isn't TOTALY SWEET!!!!!
I think once I get the details on the building pads, and some other information from the project engineer on the site, I may need to adjust only slightly and be able to call that good. :kewl:
