Of coarse this is "off the record" and just mere suggestions, I would not have takin it any other way. Again, I really appreciate the help, hopefully someday there will be something on here that I can help with to return the favor.

Ya know I've really enjoyed working with you to give you some ideas for your transformer sulpport structure.  But I've got to be honest and recommend that your boss get some "official" engineering for your structure.  Not because I want work for our engineering community, but I really think it would keep your company out of the liability pit.  (And I think it's unfair that your boss expects you to know this stuff).  As an engineer, I feel remiss if I don't give you proper advice.  I'm not registered in Georgia so I can't help you "officially".  I hope you understand.
