Catching user clicks

If I wanted to catch when a user clicks on a Toolpalette (and specifically when it's a block icon in said toolpalette.), where should I begin to look? Does anyone have any examples/links - I've done a search here, but my usual success in searching all things .NET has escaped me.

Are you talking about a 'standard autocad' block type palette or one you've custom defined through code?

The standard AutoCAD Block toolpalette.
