Topic: Help files for vs2008

I used http://www.theswamp.org/index.php?topic=11238.msg144641#msg144641 to add the help files to my express version of vs2005 but I can't make it work now.
I don't have vs2005 installed so I don't seem to be able to install objectarx.
Looking at this- ms-help://MS.VSExpressCC.v80/dv_vsexpcc/local/CollectionManagerExpress.htm I'm not sure what they are asking for.
ms-help://MS.VSCC.v90/dv_vsexpcc/local/CollectionManagerExpress.htm doesn't work.

I used:

ms-help://MS.VSCC.v90/dv_vscccommon/local/CollectionManager.htm

and it worked.

But I had to do it in IE.  It wouldn't work in Firefox.
