Topic: Dim, Leader and Text Style lisp question

I was talking to a ex coworker of mine Dim, Leader and Text Style creation.  He was wondering if there was a way to just input the scale factor and it work automatically create the Dim, Leader and Text Style for that Scale factor.  I told him that it could be done, but I don't have the much experience right to do it.

If you can state , in a csv file, the relations between scale factor and the way you want to set the style , it can be loaded to acad system vars .
