Plan Detail DB HELP!

Attached find a Dynamic Block (DB).

I am having problems with the detail bubble end of the block, with the compounding of the rotation and stretch of the various parts.
Its hard to word the problem, but once one experiments with the block they will see what i mean.  :ugly:

Any help would be apprecited.

What version is your block?  I have TrueView 2008 which is supposed to convert file thru 2008 but I'm having problems.  Could you repost as 2006 or earlier?

Attached find a  Autocad 2004 (file format) version of the block!

See if that will work for you and if it does I will walk you through what I did however I think you might be able to figure it out.
